Det var kul men ingen lek. Hade som sagt knappt t\u00e4nkt tr\u00e4na men k\u00e4nde en stark l\u00e4ngtan att \u00e5ka i v\u00e4g. Tr\u00e4nade styrka och kondition intervall cykel och mycket armar och mage. N\u00f6jd med min insatts m\u00f6tte jag K och blev p\u00e5mind om mitt slutm\u00e5l och att chock av kroppen bara \u00e4r nyttigt&#8230;. Hm<br \/>\nHursom d\u00e4r stod jag i crossfitlokalen och skrattade \u00e5t mig sj\u00e4lv.
