T\u00e4nkte testa en mini-diet och k\u00f6ra sallad med div olika proteink\u00e4llor s\u00e5som kyckling, tonfisk och lax. K\u00f6r detta f\u00f6rst en vecka och ser hur kroppen k\u00e4nns och sen en vecka till om jag k\u00e4nner att jag kan hantera det och m\u00e5r ok. Ska bli sp\u00e4nnande :-) kommer dessutom g\u00e5 in och hugga ner mina pass och fokusera p\u00e5 bas\u00f6vningar och fler set ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga olika \u00f6vningar.
