Har vart ledig idag men har haft fullt upp! \u00c4r helt slut men ska nog klara av ett pass p\u00e5 gymmet, det \u00e4r ju dags att komma ig\u00e5ng nu igen. Jag har haft problem med min rygg i lite \u00f6ver ett halv\u00e5r s\u00e5 jag har inte v\u00e5gat tr\u00e4na s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt, det \u00e4r lite b\u00e4ttre nu men inte bra \u00e4n, s\u00e5 jag ska b\u00f6rja tr\u00e4na lite f\u00f6rsiktigt. B\u00f6rja med mycket kondition och ta det lugnt med vikter och s\u00e5dant som p\u00e5verkar l\u00e4ndryggen (vilket allt tycks g\u00f6ra, hehe).
