S\u00e5 promenader \u00e4r det som g\u00e4ller nu, det \u00e4r r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt det med \u00e4ven om jag skulle f\u00f6redra att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 gymmet. Jag \u00e4lskar k\u00e4nslan n\u00e4r man verkligen k\u00f6rt ett h\u00e5rt pass och \u00e4r helt slut i kroppen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nu n\u00e4r vi bor sj\u00e4lva, har ett eget k\u00f6k s\u00e5 kan jag \u00e4ntligen b\u00f6rja \u00e4ta b\u00e4ttre mat och lite mer regelbundet vilket \u00e4r riktigt sk\u00f6nt! Jag hittade <a href=\"http:\/\/iform.se\/traning\/traningsprogram\/lopprogram-spring-5-km_lock\">detta<\/a>\u00a0l\u00f6ppogram\u00a0n\u00e4r det kommer till kondition, denna g\u00e4ller dock f\u00f6r 5km och f\u00f6r tre dagar i veckan, s\u00e5 man kan nog trycka ihop det lite.
