Ligger just nu och v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 att middagen och skjuts till gymmet, vet inte vad som h\u00e4nder f\u00f6rst. Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka k\u00f6ra r\u00e4tt ordentligt p\u00e5 gymmet, blev ju inget g\u00e5r, inget i f\u00f6rrg\u00e5r heller f\u00f6r den delen, utom lite simning i skolan. L\u00f6pband i ca. 30 min, cykel, mage, rygg och armar \u00e4r det jag planerat \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Vet att bloggen inte uppdaterats s\u00e5 mycket p\u00e5 sistone men det ska det bli \u00e4ndringar p\u00e5 fram\u00f6ver. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ka med 2-3 inl\u00e4gg per dag iaf. Eftersom det inte h\u00e4nder s\u00e5 mycket i mitt liv kommer det bli en del inspirations\/tr\u00e4nings etc. inl\u00e4gg.
