Blev ett l\u00e5ngt ett idag. Cykel 1 mil, Power Walking 3 km, cross 1 km och styrka i ca 30 min. Blev skjutsad och h\u00e4mtad av morsan som \u00e4nd\u00e5 va p\u00e5 m\u00f6te. Totalt br\u00e4nde jag 500 kalorier, \u00e4r helt slut i kroppen!<\/p>\n<p>Som ni alla vet var\/\u00e4r det alla hj\u00e4rtans dag idag. Klassikern \u00e4r ju att \u00e4ta middag och spendera tiden med sin \u00e4lskade&#8230; men \u00e4r man ensam, som jag d\u00e5, s\u00e5 \u00e4r man, kan man inte g\u00f6ra n\u00e5nting \u00e5t. Trivs \u00e4nd\u00e5 r\u00e4tt bra med att vara singel, kanske inte det ultimata, men det g\u00e5r \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Plugg in i det sista blir det idag, m\u00e5ste skriva lite p\u00e5 min engelska uppsats som ska in p\u00e5 m\u00e5ndag n\u00e4sta vecka.
