Har inte riktigt haft lust elr tid till et.<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag varit r\u00e4tt aktiv faktiskt, k\u00e4nns bra. Vaknade runt 12.00 (det enda &#8221;o aktiva&#8221;),runt ett drog jag till syrans stall, d\u00e4r hon \u00e4r medryttare p\u00e5 en h\u00e4st, tittade p\u00e5 och gav lite instruktioner, hj\u00e4lp i hennes ridning, r\u00e4tt stolt \u00f6ver henne m\u00e5ste jag erk\u00e4nna. Runt halv fyra begav jag mig till gymmet och k\u00f6rde ett pass, 2 km p\u00e5 cykel, 5 km p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet och styrka p\u00e5 sis\u00e5d\u00e4r 10 min. \u00c4r s\u00e5 sk\u00f6nt att ha kommit ig\u00e5ng med l\u00f6pningen nu igen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Planerna f\u00f6r veckan \u00e4r r\u00e4tt enkla faktiskt. Ska gymma varje dag, plugga p\u00e5 vardagarna och tr\u00e4ffa kompisar.
