Va p\u00e5 gymmet efter det, hade skit ont i vaden s\u00e5 kunde inte springa ett ski, blev 7 km cykling, i km p\u00e5 crosen och en enda km p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet (powerwalk). \u00c4r s\u00e5 besviken, just l\u00f6pningen jag vill satsa p\u00e5, men s\u00e5 blir man \u00f6veranstr\u00e4ng s\u00e5 l\u00e4tt, n\u00e4mlihen h\u00e4nt en g\u00e5ng f\u00f6rut, och det g\u00e5r ju \u00f6ver efter sis\u00e5d\u00e4r ca 5 dagar. R\u00e4tt l\u00e5ng tid ass\u00e5. F\u00e5r k\u00f6ra mycket cykel och styrka till det \u00e4r bra igen \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Ska kila ner och k\u00e4ka nu men ha det g\u00f6tt!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dagens!
