F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst m\u00e5r jag mycket b\u00e4ttre nu och det enda lilla symptomen jag har \u00e4r en snuvig n\u00e4sa o en liten hes hals.. thats it \ud83d\ude00 F\u00f6r det andra \u00e4r jag ledig imorgon och har ingen skola, hur sk\u00f6nt \u00e4r inte det!? Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka komma ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen lite sm\u00e5tt ocks\u00e5, vill dock inte dra p\u00e5 mig en ytterligare f\u00f6rkylning s\u00e5 tar det r\u00e4tt lugnt, PW eller en liten l\u00f6ptur blir det imorgon bitti! f\u00e5 k\u00e4nna lite hur det k\u00e4nns \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Annars d\u00e5, jo har precis plugga lite idrott. Fick inte s\u00e5 mycket gjort just nu, men men forts\u00e4tter med det imorgon. Snart blir det f\u00f6rmodligen mat, f\u00e5r hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5tt att ers\u00e4tta pastan med. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker ju som sagt undvika de mesta kolhydraterna, dvs pasta, potatis och ris. Sen hade pappa varit och k\u00f6pt semlor ocks\u00e5, ska hoppa dem med. Mycket jag inte f\u00e5r \u00e4ta, \u00e4r dok inte s\u00e5 sv\u00e5rt l\u00e4ngre att st\u00e5 \u00f6ver saker l\u00e4ngre, inte alls lika sugen osv. sk\u00f6nt det!<\/p>\n<p>ska k\u00e4ka nu ha det \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c4r glad idag.
