Har nyss kommit ur duschen efter ett sk\u00f6nt men ack s\u00e5 jobbigt intervallpass i backar och raka str\u00e4ckor. \u00c5kte med pappa till stallet f\u00f6r att h\u00e4mta syrran och vi passa p\u00e5 att k\u00f6ra ett pass. Vi b\u00f6rjade med att jogga i snabbt tempo till en brant backe att k\u00f6ra intervaller i. K\u00f6rde totalt upp 7 ggr. Bena bara skaka efter och nu \u00e4r dem m\u00f6ra som fan. Sen blev det intervaller i ca 1.5 km tillbaka till stallet, sk\u00f6nt och springa p\u00e5 flakt.
