Efter skolan begav jag mig direkt till gymmet och k\u00f6rde ett pass.<br \/>\nDagens tr\u00e4ning bestod av cykling ca. 1.4 mil och styrka mest inriktat p\u00e5 rygg. <\/p>\n<p>Just d\u00e5 efter va jag inte tr\u00f6tt utan jag hade orken att g\u00f6ra ett mellam\u00e5l som bestod av tv\u00e5 \u00e4gg, kaviar och boln\u00e4sfil med frysta hallon\/bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och lite solrosfr\u00f6n.
