Ska snart g\u00e5 upp f\u00f6r lite frulle,\u00a0<strong>pannkakor,<\/strong>\u00a0och sedan se vad dagens planer kommer va. Ska \u00e5tminstone till gymmet idag och senare i eftermiddag ska jag \u00e5ka in till stan f\u00f6r lite present shoppande med tv\u00e5 kompisar \ud83d\ude42 Trevlans!<\/p>\n<p>Ig\u00e5r var det vilodag, dvs att jag inte tr\u00e4nade. Vilodagar \u00e4r viktiga, kroppen beh\u00f6ver det f\u00f6r att ta igen sig efter all tr\u00e4ning. N\u00e4r musklerna f\u00e5r vila, det \u00e4r d\u00e5 de \u00f6kar i storlek.
