Pour water on corn flour and whisk until it begins to thicken . Add a little more water if necessary not more than 5 tbsp. Leave to cool slightly . Spread batter onto wax paper using a spoon or spatula to a uniform thickness . Let the batter stand in the fridge for 30 minutes so that it solidifies. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 175 \u00b0 C . Sprinkle a little cornmeal . Bake the bottom for 40-50 minutes .
