Protein finns i de flesta gr\u00f6nsaker och frukter, sojab\u00f6nor har alla de essentiella aminosyror vi beh\u00f6ver (proteiner \u00e4r uppbyggda av aminosyror), sen har vi spenat, broccoli, svampar, bovete you name it! Bara f\u00f6r att jag stoppar D-vitamin i sm\u00f6r, C-vitamin i l\u00e4sk, protein\u00a0i choklad betyder det inte att produkterna helt pl\u00f6tsligt blir h\u00e4lsosamma. T\u00e4nk alltid ett steg l\u00e4ngre och var kritiska!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>I ther is anything I can get very concerned about is people who only counts\u00a0calories , when they are so\u00a0busy only trying to lose weight and do not see what it actually going in theri\u00a0bodies . I personally never check calories, the first thing I check is the table of contents . What does my product contain ? Do I understand what is written ? Is the product organic?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em>A banana weighing 100g contains almost 90kcal, while a light quark\u00a0of 100g contains approximately 55kcal.
