Hacka l\u00f6ken och skiva Champinjonerna. Riv vitl\u00f6ken. Blanda mor\u00f6tter, potatis, champinjoner, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i en sk\u00e5l. Sm\u00f6rj in en lagom stor form med linfr\u00f6olja eller annan olja. L\u00e4gg i rotfruktskompotten och h\u00e4ll \u00f6ver gr\u00e4dden, salta och peppra. S\u00e4tt ugnen p\u00e5 200 grader och gr\u00e4dda i ca 40-50 min tills rotfrukterna blivit mjuka. Servera med en h\u00e4rlig sallad och njut!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><em><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Slice carrots and potatoes with a cheese slicer or anything else. Chop the onion and slice the mushrooms . Grate the garlic. Mix the carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, onions and garlic in a bowl . Smear a small enough form with flaxseed oil or other oil. Add the vegetebles\u00a0and pour over the cream , salt and pepper . Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 40-50 minutes until the vegetables become soft .
