Har inte tr\u00e4nat sedan i s\u00f6ndags f\u00f6r det har varit s\u00e5 fint v\u00e4der. S\u00e5 har David jobbat ett annat skift \u00e4n jag, och det \u00e4r roligare att tr\u00e4na tillsammans. Har \u00e4ven haft tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk i en hamstringsmuskel sedan i s\u00f6ndags till idag n\u00e4r jag gjorde marklyft. Gjorde \u00e4ven nytt pb d\u00e5,<strong> 70 kg<\/strong> * 3 \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Men idag k\u00f6rde jag:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utfallssteg<\/strong><br \/>\n2 st 9 kg hantlar, 22 steg x 5 rundor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Snabba kn\u00e4b\u00f6j<\/strong><br \/>\n20 kg kettlebell x 50. (Nudda golvet)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kn\u00e4b\u00f6j<br \/>\n<\/strong>20 kg x20<br \/>\n40 kg x 10, x 4<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nde inte f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka vikterna n\u00e5got p\u00e5 kn\u00e4b\u00f6jen idag.
