Var lite tr\u00f6tt efter jobbet, men man vet ju att bara man kommer till gymmet s\u00e5 piggnar man till.<br \/>\nN\u00e4r jag tr\u00e4nar brukar jag oftast g\u00f6ra 4-5 set per 2-3 \u00f6vningar, det tycker jag passar bra f\u00f6r mig.
