En supergod <strong>vegetarisk<\/strong> variant p\u00e5<strong> lasagne<\/strong>!<br \/>\nDavid hade varit sn\u00e4ll och sk\u00f6ljt och skivat champinjonerna innan jag kom hem s\u00e5 slapp jag g\u00f6ra det. Det \u00e4r n\u00e4stan det som tar l\u00e4ngst tid haha.<br \/>\nJag vet n\u00e5gra som n\u00e4stan aldrig g\u00f6r lasagne eller pajer s\u00e5 ofta, &#8221;f\u00f6r det tar s\u00e5n tid n\u00e4r det ska st\u00e5 i ugnen&#8221;. Men det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt den tiden, n\u00e4r det blir s\u00e5 himla gott. Och ofta kan man f\u00f6rbereda vissa steg kv\u00e4llen innan, som t.ex. champinjonerna h\u00e4r. Smaks\u00e4tt med salt, peppar, kryddor och lite socker.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en kastrull och vispa i mj\u00f6let. H\u00e4ll i mj\u00f6lk och vispa s\u00e5 det inte \u00e4r mj\u00f6lklumpar. L\u00e5t den bli tjock och smaks\u00e4tt med salt och peppar. Akta s\u00e5 det inte br\u00e4nns i botten.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>B\u00f6rja med att l\u00e4gga lite\u00a0s\u00e5s i botten av formen. L\u00e4gg sedan dit lasagneplattor. Fyll p\u00e5 med champinjoner, spenat, keso och sedan tomat och bechamels\u00e5s. G\u00f6r om samma sak tills formen \u00e4r full. Avsluta med plattor och s\u00e5s p\u00e5 toppen s\u00e5 det inte \u00e4r torrt.
