Det var nog bra f\u00f6r kroppen som fick lite tid f\u00f6r \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning. <strong>Man ska inte underskaffa vila och \u00e5terh\u00e4mtning!<\/strong><br \/>\nMitt senaste PB i kn\u00e4b\u00f6j va 60 kg x 2, som jag gjorde f\u00f6r ungef\u00e4r en vecka sedan tror jag. Idag klarade jag <strong>62,5 kg x 8<\/strong>! K\u00f6rde 90 grader utan b\u00e4nknudd \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nHade inte b\u00e4sta BH&#8217;n och linnet f\u00f6r just kn\u00e4b\u00f6j, eftersom skivst\u00e5ngen gjorde s\u00e5 jag fick m\u00e4rken efter banden p\u00e5 axlarna. Men det f\u00f6rsvinner snart.
