Tycker det \u00e4r en bra \u00f6vning som man kan k\u00f6ra ett helt pass, eftersom man beh\u00f6ver orka ha st\u00f6det i mage och rygg hela tiden.<\/p>\n<p>Jag ville prova att lyfta tyngre \u00e4n f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen.
