Den ena en god smoothie och den andra \u00e4r hummus, som passar utm\u00e4rkt att ha som p\u00e5l\u00e4gg tillsammans med lite bladspenat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hummus<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 f\u00f6rpackning kik\u00e4rtor (ICA)<br \/>\n1 msk tahini (sesampasta)<br \/>\n2 msk olivolja<br \/>\n1 vitl\u00f6ksklyfta (eller pulver)<br \/>\nLite citronsaft<br \/>\n0,5 tsk spiskummin<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPeppar<\/p>\n<p><em>K\u00f6r allting med stavmixer och smaka av med kryddorna. Servera g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 kn\u00e4cke med spenat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Smoothie<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 port<\/p>\n<p>1 f\u00f6rpackning frusen mango (ICA)<br \/>\n1 banan<br \/>\n1-2 dl kvarg<br \/>\n1-2 dl mj\u00f6lk<br \/>\n1 dl apelsinjuice<br \/>\nN\u00e5gra n\u00e4var bladspenat<\/p>\n<p><em>K\u00f6r mangon lite i mikron s\u00e5 de mjuknar en aning. Ha i resten av ingredienserna och mixa.
