Och veckan innan t\u00e4nkte jag ha &#8221;vila&#8221; fr\u00e5n gymmet eftersom David jobbade kv\u00e4ll s\u00e5 vi inte kunde tr\u00e4na tillsammans. S\u00e5 det r\u00e5kade bli 2 veckor uppeh\u00e5ll.<br \/>\nVar tillbaka ig\u00e5r och d\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag lite rumptr\u00e4ning, den vanliga utfallssteg och squats samt lite kn\u00e4b\u00f6j och kettlebell.
