Har k\u00f6rt det minst av alla muskelgrupper, s\u00e5 k\u00e4nner mig v\u00e4rsta svag i de \u00f6vningarna haha.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rjade med att v\u00e4rma upp lite p\u00e5 crosstrainer.<br \/>\nSedan k\u00f6rde jag:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Br\u00f6stpress<\/strong> 5 set * 12 reps 55 kg<br \/>\n<strong>B\u00e4nkpress<\/strong> 5 set * 11 reps 25 kg<br \/>\n<strong>Cable Flyes<\/strong> fram\u00e5t och ned\u00e5t 5 set * 4 reps 25 kg + 10 reps 15 kg<\/p>\n<p>Jobbar p\u00e5 att hitta b\u00e4sta tekniken p\u00e5 b\u00e4nkpressen. Tycker det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att k\u00e4nna att man tar i just med br\u00f6stmusklerna.
