Tv\u00e4tta inte h\u00e5ret f\u00f6r ofta. Helst 1-2 g\u00e5nger i veckan och anv\u00e4nd aldrig shampoo i topparna bara i h\u00e5rbotten. F\u00f6r shampoo skadar ditt h\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>2. Borsta inte h\u00e5ret n\u00e4r det \u00e4r bl\u00f6t! N\u00e4r h\u00e5ret \u00e4r bl\u00f6t s\u00e5 \u00e4r det som k\u00e4nsligast. Om du nu m\u00e5ste reda ut h\u00e5ret s\u00e5 kan du ju anv\u00e4nda en bredtandad kam.<\/p>\n<p>3. Anv\u00e4nd inte h\u00e5rbortsar. H\u00e5rborstar sliter p\u00e5 h\u00e5ret&#8230; s\u00e5 anv\u00e4nd en bredtandad kam i st\u00e4llet.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sov i fl\u00e4tor f\u00f6r att ditt h\u00e5r inte ska slitas under natten.<\/p>\n<p>5. Det b\u00e4sta \u00e4r v\u00e4ll att ha ditt h\u00e5r uppsatt p\u00e5 dagarna. S\u00e5 att du skyddar ditt h\u00e5r fr\u00e5n att slitas.<\/p>\n<p>6. F\u00f6r dina toppar sliter ju sig till slut och om du v\u00e4ntar f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 kommer du bara f\u00e5 klippa av l\u00e4ngre av topparna.<\/p>\n<p>8. Anv\u00e4nd h\u00e5rinpackning helst 2 g\u00e5nger i veckan.<\/p>\n<p>9. Anv\u00e4nd inga tofsar med metallsp\u00e4nne.<\/p>\n<p>10.
