Fy satan vad jobbigt det var! Tyngre \u00e4n vanligt! Redan efter uppv\u00e4rmningsl\u00e5ten s\u00e5 kunde mina ben INTE sluta skaka! S\u00e5 var tvungen att k\u00f6ra l\u00e4ttare vikter \u00e4n vad jag brukade p\u00e5 ben\u00f6vningarna men det var \u00e4nd\u00e5 sjukt jobbigt! Men allting annat gick bra! Kanske tr\u00f6ttare \u00e4n vad jag k\u00e4nner mig! <\/p>\n<p>Till lunch (2 timmar) innan tr\u00e4ningen \u00e5t jag en sk\u00e5l gr\u00f6t (pauluns gr\u00f6tt, supernyttigt) men tv\u00e5 finn crisp med avocado och lite valn\u00f6tter!<br \/>\nSen n\u00e4r jag in mot tr\u00e4ningen s\u00e5 hade jag gjort mig en nyttig smoothie p\u00e5 kokosvatten spenat, apelsinjuice och lite b\u00e4r fr\u00e5n mango, jordgubb och sen tillsatte jag lite bl\u00e5b\u00e4r och hallon pga den hemska spegelns f\u00e4rgen som blev haha!<br \/>\nSpenat \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt nyttig, rik p\u00e5 vitaminer och mineraler, fosfor och ribosomer och kokosvatten \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r muskeluppbyggnaden!<br \/>\nBlev lite \u00f6ver som jag \u00e4ven kunde dricka upp efter tr\u00e4ningen!
