{"id":37,"date":"2013-06-09T10:16:03","date_gmt":"2013-06-09T08:16:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/ellaslife\/?p=37"},"modified":"2013-06-09T10:16:03","modified_gmt":"2013-06-09T08:16:03","slug":"sondag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/ellaslife\/2013\/06\/09\/sondag\/","title":{"rendered":"S\u00f6ndag"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!<br \/>\nSitter p\u00e5 bussen p\u00e5v\u00e4g mot jobbet, \u00e4r s\u00e5 tr\u00f6tt idag s\u00e5 undra hur det kommer g\u00e5 imorgon n\u00e4r klockan ringer 5:20!!<br \/>\nSnoozade lite men sen hoppas jag in i duschen, duschade v\u00e4ldigt varm s\u00e5 mina \u00f6mma muskler skulle slappna av lite!<br \/>\nIg\u00e5r jobbade jag 9-21:30 men sen var det s\u00e5 lugnt mitt p\u00e5 dagen s\u00e5 jag fick st\u00e4mpla ut, g\u00e5 och tr\u00e4na en timme och sen b\u00f6rja jobba igen! S\u00e5 gick och k\u00f6ttade armar!<br \/>\nK\u00f6rde latsdrag, rodd med vikt, triceps i cross samt en \u00f6vning jag kallar stavtag. Vet inte riktigt vad den kallas men den p\u00e5minner om ett skidstavtag, och tr\u00e4nar lats, rygg och axlar.<br \/>\nS\u00e5h\u00e4r ser den ut, s\u00e5 jobbar man armar ner\u00e5t i en rak linje.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/ellaslife\/files\/2013\/06\/20130609-095022.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/ellaslife\/files\/2013\/06\/20130609-095022.jpg\" alt=\"20130609-095022.jpg\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sen blev det lite axelpress, tricepspress p\u00e5 b\u00e4nk, liggande bicepscurls  och sen som raka marklyft fast man jobbar skivst\u00e5ngen upp till br\u00f6sth\u00f6jd f\u00f6r att tr\u00e4na \u00f6vre rygg.<br \/>\nIdag har jag tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk lite \u00f6verallt men mest i armarna! Sen har jag mera tr\u00e4ningsv\u00e4rk sen torsdagstr\u00e4ningen i benen! Sprang lite ig\u00e5r p\u00e5 l\u00f6pbandet f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng lite cirkulation men snubblade mest runt f\u00f6r jag \u00e4r stel och \u00f6m haha !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hej!
