Det handlar allts\u00e5 om organiska b\u00f6nnudlar som \u00e4r tillverkade av sojab\u00f6nor och vatten. Rik p\u00e5 protein och kostfibrer. Fri fr\u00e5n vete och gluten.<strong> Hur smakar dem? <\/strong>Till utseendet ser de ut som vanlig band-spaghetti men konsistensen \u00e4r lite annorlunda. De \u00e4r lite mer kompakta och lite &#8221;tuggigare&#8221;. I likhet med vanlig spagetti var de ganska smakl\u00f6sa, eller helt smakl\u00f6s skulle jag s\u00e4ga i det h\u00e4r faller, och beh\u00f6ver lite olja och kryddor. N\u00e4r jag har \u00e4tit pasta brukar jag i vanliga fall k\u00e4nna som om jag har en stor klum i magen och den k\u00e4nslan \u00e4r ju helt borta. Jag k\u00e4nner mig l\u00e4tt och inte \u00f6verm\u00e4tt!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pastas\u00e5sen: <\/strong>Handskala ett halvt kilo r\u00e4kor. Woka en halv l\u00f6k med en halv paprika. N\u00e4r de b\u00f6rjar mjukna l\u00e4gger du \u00e4ven i hackade champinjoner och zuccini-bitar. N\u00e4r du brynt klart (inte f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge- allt ska fortfarande vara lite krispigt) h\u00e4ller du \u00f6ver en burk Creme Freiche Chili och r\u00f6r runt tills den \u00e4r varm. D\u00e5 tar du av wok-pannan fr\u00e5n spisen och blandar i r\u00e4korna.
