F\u00f6r JA, jag lagar i stort sett bara nyttig mat. Men p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llarna \u00e4ter jag oftast h\u00e4mtmat och d\u00e5 slinker det ner en hel del skr\u00e4pmat. Ig\u00e5r \u00e5t jag exempelvis en fiskburgare fr\u00e5n Mc Donalds med pommes och en massa majon\u00e4s. EVEN STEVEN, kallar jag det. Men tar man dessutom ett glas vin och inte tr\u00e4nar inneb\u00e4r det att jag stannar p\u00e5 63 KG ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r g\u00e5r ner till min idealvikt p\u00e5 57-58. Eftersom jag \u00e4lskar mat \u2013 och vill \u00e4ta vad jag vill, f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 mig \u00e4ven fast det tar emot och INTE \u00e4r en hobby f\u00f6r mig. Ikv\u00e4ll 18.30 blir det yoga. Dagens lunch s\u00e5g ut s\u00e5h\u00e4r; Mozzarella-sallad med f\u00e4rsk basilika och oliver. \u00c5t en halv avocado till ocks\u00e5, och f\u00f6r en g\u00e5ngs skull var den perfekt mogen.<\/p>\n<p>Dagens l\u00e4stips blir en artikel fr\u00e5n<a href=\"http:\/\/blogozine.net\/se\/teaser\/fastare-hud-utan-kirurgi\/\"><strong> Blogozine\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>d\u00e4r ni kan l\u00e4sa ett reportage om en skintightening-behandling min mamma har gjort l\u00e4ngs kinder\/ k\u00e4klinje.
