Jag ska nu testa detta i en vecka till att b\u00f6rja med. I morgon ska jag ex. enbart \u00e4ta \u00e4gg + kivi + t\u00e9 tre g\u00e5nger.\u00a0 Vissa dagar \u00e4r det mer varierad mat men detta \u00e4r en riktig tuff diet och jag letar ju alltid efter en quick fix! Eftersom jag nu har \u00e4tit och druckit allt jag vill detta \u00e5r \u00e4r det bara att bita i det sura \u00e4pplet. Jag b\u00f6rjar imorgon och ska uppdatera er om hur det g\u00e5r. Jag har minst 8 kg att g\u00e5 ner. I dietplaneringen ing\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 att man ska g\u00e5 50 min per dag men det g\u00f6r jag redan \u00e4nd\u00e5. Dock ska det nu tydligen g\u00f6ras f\u00f6re frukost. Sedan ska man dricka ett glas vatten med en tesked bikarbonat. \u00c4r det n\u00e5gon som har testat det sistn\u00e4mnda? Det ska tydligen slimma en svullen mage.<\/p>\n<p>Som sagt \u00e4r det imorgon jag b\u00f6rjar s\u00e5 nu blir det en r\u00e4kmacka och en alkoholfri \u00f6l. Alkohol \u00e4r f\u00f6rbjudet de kommande veckorna. Likas\u00e5 vanligt salt (man anv\u00e4nder Seltin ist\u00e4llet) och socker.
