Jag b\u00f6rjade med att g\u00e5 en dag i veckan denna termin men det var alldeles f\u00f6r lite f\u00f6r att jag skulle m\u00e4rka n\u00e5gra resultat. Jag \u00e4r stel som ett kylsk\u00e5p och vill utveckla r\u00f6rlighet, balans och styrka. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r har jag lagt till Vinyasa Yoga och Hatha Yoga. Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka k\u00f6ra minst tre pass i veckan nu. \u00c4ven om jag i dagsl\u00e4get \u00e4r helt i avsaknad av koordination. P\u00e5 bilden nedan ser ni en bekant till mig, Mia Valgren, som ocks\u00e5 leder kurserna. Jag har ju haft allvarlig insomnia sedan f\u00f6dseln men efter ett pass sover jag faktiskt lite b\u00e4ttre. Jag vaknar fortfarande fem p\u00e5 morgonen, och kan inte somna om. Men i vanliga fall vaknar jag ungef\u00e4r varannan timme. Om jag somnar alls. Tydligen \u00e4r det inversionerna som g\u00f6r att man sover b\u00e4ttre. En inversion \u00e4r en yogaposition d\u00e4r man placerar huvudet under hj\u00e4rtat.
