Vi pratade om mat och kom fram till att vi har samma matvanor. V&aring;ra favoriter &auml;r ju skaldjur, ostar osv men vi kan lika g&auml;rna &auml;ta n&aring;got supernyttigt som en Burger King-meal.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Man  &auml;ter liksom det som &#8221;&auml;r d&auml;r&#8221; fast man egentligen gillar nyttiga  alternativ lika mycket. Jag &auml;r <strong>verkligen <\/strong>ingen person  som f&ouml;respr&aring;kar en strikt diet men n&aring;got som &auml;r synd med Sverige &auml;r att  vi (till skillnad mot USA) inte har n&aring;gra snabbmats-kedja som s&auml;ljer  billig Health Food.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\"> N&auml;r jag och Morgan var i Fort Lauderdale brukade vi  ex g&aring; till ett organiskt <\/span><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">snabbmats-st&auml;lle d&auml;r vi brukade best&auml;lla  basic-alternativet som var smaksatt r&aring;ris med avocado till och det var  j&auml;ttegott. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Idag<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">gjorde jag lunch hemma och d&aring; blev det en fruktsallad p&aring; det jag hade i kylen: p&auml;ron, kiwi och f&auml;rska fikon. Toppade med bl&aring;b&auml;r, hackade valn&ouml;tter och flytande honung. Till det &aring;t jag brieost och en skiva surdegsbr&ouml;d. Vissa kanske skulle ha tagit bort b&aring;de osten och br&ouml;det mem jag r&auml;knar det som en god och nyttig m&aring;ltid.
