Tonfiskr&ouml;ran best&aring;r av tv&aring; burkar tonfisk, l&auml;ttmajon&auml;s, citronpeppar, kapris och hackade soltorkade tomater.<\/span>&nbsp; <span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Jag k&ouml;per en p&aring;se blandsallad, river i mor&ouml;tter eller r&ouml;dbetor, hackar ex. paprika, r&auml;disor, gurka och avocado. Sedan oliver. Jag &auml;lskar alla oliver men idag hade jag k&auml;rnfria kalamataoliver.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Gott och nyttigt. Om man r&auml;knar bort majon&auml;sen, men jag &auml;r inte r&auml;dd f&ouml;r lite fett. Det &auml;r kolhydrater och <\/span><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">ol<\/span><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">cker som &auml;r fienden. Jag &auml;ter dock ingen strikt GI. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: courier new,courier; font-size: small;\">Min matfilosofi &auml;r ist&auml;llet att jag &auml;ter precis vad jag vill fast i sm&aring; m&auml;ngder. Jag har aldrig &auml;tit en hel pizza i he&ouml;a mitt liv. &Auml;ter jag tv&aring;-tre slicer har jag absolut inget d&aring;ligt samvete f&ouml;r det. Inte heller om jag &auml;ter en liten meny p&aring; Mc Donalds eller Burger King.
