Jag skulle kanske inte kalla det k\u00e4mpar, d\u00e5 jag varken tr\u00e4nar eller sv\u00e4lter mig sj\u00e4lv men jag t\u00e4nker p\u00e5 vad jag \u00e4ter.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rebecca Simonsson <\/span>skrev i sin blogg att hennes b\u00e4sta vikt-tips var att inte \u00e4ta p\u00e5 en dag tyckte jag att hon l\u00e4t ganska puckad. Men faktum \u00e4r att en dags fasta \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta starten p\u00e5 en viktnedg\u00e5ng. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det f\u00f6rst\u00e5s j\u00e4tteviktigt att \u00e4nd\u00e5 f\u00e5 i sig v\u00e4tska och n\u00e4ring. De fastepaket man k\u00f6per i h\u00e4lsokostbutik \u00e4r svindyra s\u00e5 jag rekommenderar att man ist\u00e4llet k\u00f6per f\u00f6ljande:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Gr\u00f6nt t\u00e9<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Katrinplommonjuice<\/span> (naturligt utrensande)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Misosoppa<\/span> (lunch och middag)<\/p>\n<p>Detta funkar ungef\u00e4r lika bra som dyra detox-drycker som exempelvis Tonidraine. <\/p>\n<p>Jag f\u00e5r ofta s\u00f6tsug och st\u00f6r mig p\u00e5 att de alltid tipsar om att dippa gr\u00f6nsaker i keso typ. Not helping! Det som dock hj\u00e4lper f\u00f6r mig p\u00e5 sommaren \u00e4r vattenmelon eller isglass som jag g\u00f6r sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 fruktjuice.
