F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att inte ta dem varje dag eftersom det \u00e4r s\u00e5 stark tillv\u00e4njning p\u00e5 dem. \u00c4ter du insomningstabletter (ex Stilnoct) en l\u00e4ngre period i str\u00e4ck \u00e4r det helt om\u00f6jligt att sova p\u00e5 egen hand och det blir en ond spiral. N\u00e5gon som har n\u00e5got bra s\u00f6mntips? Jag har testat diverse naturl\u00e4kemedel och aromaterapi men det hj\u00e4lper inte p\u00e5 mig. Det f\u00f6rsta jag ska g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r jag vaknar imorgon \u00e4r att boka tid f\u00f6r thaimassage!
