Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker att inte \u00f6verskrida mitt protein intag, jag ligger kanske runt 100-120gr per dag vilket \u00e4r lite \u00f6ver 2gr\/kg kroppsvikt.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r viktigt att man f\u00e5r i sig tillr\u00e4ckligt med protein men det g\u00e4ller att hitta en balans p\u00e5 vad som \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r DIG. F\u00f6r mkt kan \u00e4ven det motarbeta resultat och v\u00e4lm\u00e5ende p\u00e5 annat s\u00e4tt.
