Har du styrka,r\u00f6rlighet och teknik att jobba djupt s\u00e5 \u00e4r det,enligt mig optimalt. Om inte dvs har du b\u00e4ckentippning redan vid 90grader,d\u00e5lig r\u00f6rlighet i fotled\/benstopp,tappar i ryggen eller inte har r\u00f6rlighet att h\u00e5lla upp ryggen med armarna \u00f6ver huvudet s\u00e5 anpassa kn\u00e4b\u00f6j efter din dagsform! Om det \u00e4r r\u00f6rlighetsproblem s\u00e5 l\u00e4gg in r\u00f6rlighet \/stretch f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra dina personliga f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar. Har du benstopp s\u00e5 kolla ev l\u00e5sningar \/rehab \u00f6vn.
