Jag skrev ett inl&auml;gg imorse, men det verkar inte ha kommit upp.<\/p>\n<p>Jag skrev iaf god morgon! Och att jag &aring;t frukost och samtidigt nj&ouml;t av en fina utsiktn hos mamma i Nacka.<\/p>\n<p>Idag blev frukosten f&ouml;ljande: 1dl havregryn, 2h&aring;rdbr&ouml;d , 1avocado, 25gr protein smak jordgubb\/vit choklad.<a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/198598.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/198598.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Frukosten &auml;r s&aring; himla viktig f&ouml;r mig, jag k&auml;nner verkligen av om jag inte f&aring;tt i mig ordentligt!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/198598.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>M&aring;ndagar &auml;r den b&auml;sta dagen tycker jag.
