Idag fick det bli axlar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag k&ouml;rde 5 olika &ouml;vningar (jag varierar n&auml;stan alltid &ouml;vningar)<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Dagens &ouml;vningar:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Shoulder Press 3&#215;7<\/p>\n<p>Lateral Raises 3&#215;10<\/p>\n<p>Front deltoid raises 3&#215;10<\/p>\n<p>Dumbbell dear deltoid raises 3&#215;8<\/p>\n<p>Arnold Presses 3&#215;10<\/p>\n<p>Det k&auml;nns som om det var j&auml;ttel&auml;nge sedan jag k&ouml;rde armar och axlar. K&auml;nde mig svag idag, men man bygger snabbt upp sig sj&auml;lv igen efter n&aring;gra veckors styrke paus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nu sitter jag och &auml;ter keso och kalkon. Yummie!
