Detta f\u00f6rbereds p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen innan du g\u00e5r och l\u00e4gger dig f\u00f6r att kunna \u00e4tas till frukost.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chiafr\u00f6n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>vaniljextrakt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>valfri topping<\/strong> (jag brukar ha grapefrukt)<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll chiafr\u00f6n i en mindre sk\u00e5l. T\u00e4ck upp fr\u00f6na med kokosmj\u00f6lk (ev lite mer beroende p\u00e5 \u00f6nskad konsistens). Blanda ner vaniljextrakt eller vaniljpulver. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 \u00f6ver natten. Om den \u00e4r f\u00f6r tjock p\u00e5 morgonen s\u00e5 kan du blanda ner lite extra kokosmj\u00f6lk,mandelmj\u00f6lk eller kokosvatten. Jag tar sedan ut k\u00f6ttet fr\u00e5n grapefrukten och blandar ner.
