D\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte vi justera v\u00e5r kost ytterligare. Jag m\u00e5r ganska bra och min kropp svarar bra p\u00e5 kolhydrater och l\u00e4gre m\u00e4ngd fett. S m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 en h\u00f6gre m\u00e4ngd fett och l\u00e4gre kolhydrater. Alla \u00e4r olika:) T\u00e4nkte nu testa p\u00e5 att h\u00f6ja och s\u00e4nka kolhydraterna vissa dagar. 3 dagar l\u00e5gt och 4dgr h\u00f6gt till en b\u00f6rjan. Det kan vara som s\u00e5 att jag exempelvis tar bort min s\u00f6tpotatis till middagen, det \u00e4r en liten s\u00e4nkning. Ska testa detta n\u00e5gra veckor och se hur kroppen svarar. Man vill hela tiden utmana kroppen med tr\u00e4ning och kost s\u00e5 den inte g\u00e5r som en hamster runt sitt hjul.Det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 roligt att \u00e4ta och tr\u00e4na likadant dag ut och dag in. Kroppen m\u00e5r bra med f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och utmaningar.<\/p>\n<p>Tills\u00e4tter ni kroppen aminosyror under eller runt passet?
