Jag brukar f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka att inte kr\u00e5ngla till det. Jag anser att &#8217;bas&#8217;\u00f6vningar \u00e4r de b\u00e4sta. Man vet att de fungerar, samt s\u00e5 kan man variera dem s\u00e5 otroligt mkt s\u00e5 det blir aldrig riktigt samma \u00f6vning end\u00e5.<br \/>\nEtt exempel \u00e4r biceps curl d\u00e4r du kan variera och k\u00f6ra med hantlar,st\u00e5ng, dragmaskin. Du kan variera lutningen dvs st\u00e5,sitta, ligga p\u00e5 lutande b\u00e4nk etc. Du kan variera greppet (supinerat,pronerat, semi ). Det finns s\u00e5 mkt variationer p\u00e5 alla \u00f6vningar s\u00e5 det tar aldrig slut. Det g\u00e4ller bara att vara kreativ \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det armar p\u00e5 gymmet. L\u00e4ngtar verkligen till passet! <\/p>\n<p>Sen fyller min pappa \u00e5r s\u00e5 jag har bokat bord p\u00e5 grill och t\u00e4nkte ta dem p\u00e5 grillbuffen som dem har d\u00e4r idag.
