B\u00f6rja med att s\u00e4tta ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader,  sm\u00f6rj sedan en form med kokosolja eller ghee.<br \/>\n2. Mixa dadlarna och kokosflingorna (*kokosmj\u00f6l) i matberedaren. Anv\u00e4nder du kokosmj\u00f6l beh\u00f6ver du k\u00f6ra lite l\u00e4ngre. Oroa dig inte om det inte mixar sig tillr\u00e4ckligt, det kommer det g\u00f6ra n\u00e4r du tar i de v\u00e5ta ingredienserna.<br \/>\n3. Blanda i alla torra ingredienser och mixa ihop.<br \/>\n4. Sm\u00e4lt kokosoljan (eller sm\u00f6ret) om du v\u00e4ljer att anv\u00e4nda det.<br \/>\n5. Blanda ner ghee\/kokosolja och honung och mixa till det blir en sl\u00e4t smet. Tills\u00e4tt sedan \u00e4ggen och bland ordentligt.<br \/>\n6. H\u00e4ll smeten i en form (sprinkla \u00f6ver hackad choklad) och gr\u00e4dda i ugnen i 6-8 minuter beroende p\u00e5 hur kladdig kaka du vill ha.<br \/>\n7. St\u00e4ll in formen i kylen och l\u00e5t den svalna<br \/>\n8.
