D&aring; var det m&aring;ndagsmorgon. En av mina b&auml;sta stunder &auml;r just m&aring;ndagsmorgonen. N&auml;r jag sitter och reflekterar &ouml;ver veckan som g&aring;tt samt planerar f&ouml;r dagens kunder. Jag f&ouml;rs&ouml;ker att inte g&aring; s&aring; l&aring;ngt fram i dagens schema utan fokusera p&aring; det som &auml;r n&auml;ra. Det k&auml;nns som om jag &auml;ter riktigt mkt kosttillskott just nu. Haha ni ska se mitt f&ouml;rr&aring;d. Det &auml;r zink och det &auml;r omega och det &auml;r multivitamin och annat sm&aring;tt och gott. Plus mitt kortison som jag fortf &auml;ter f&ouml;r n&auml;sselfebern som jag lyckats f&aring; f&ouml;rra veckan:)<\/p>\n<p>Idag har jag ont &ouml;verallt. Tr&auml;ningsv&auml;rk ifr&aring;n g&aring;rdagens ryggpass, i axlarna fr&aring;n i l&ouml;rdags, i armarna.
