Startade med n\u00e5gra set helkropps\u00f6vningar med den. Sedan blev det bl.a clean squat, mj\u00f6lksyra i TRXbanden, samt b\u00e5ltr\u00e4ning. Man kan inte tr\u00e4na upp b\u00e5len f\u00f6r mkt. F\u00f6rs\u00f6ker l\u00e4gga in b\u00e5ltr\u00e4ning mkt nu f\u00f6r att bli starkare i marklyften och lyft i \u00f6vrigt.
