Yummie!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/120845.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/120845.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Senare idag ska jag ner till sportbutiken och se om de har n\u00e5gra bra vikter att satta p\u00e5 kroppen.&nbsp;Jag foredrar dem man kan satta fast med karborre-band och inte de man h\u00e5ller.&nbsp;Jag tankte lagga till sm\u00e5 vikter (kanske 1kg) 1g\/vecka nar jag gor powerwalk for att variera lite.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Jag har ju tillexempel 1g\/v planmark l\u00f8pning, 1g\/v intervall l\u00f8pning, 1g\/v med vikter osv osv. <b>Det ar viktigt att variera sp\u00e5r,rundor,tid, motst\u00e5nd osv for att uppn\u00e5 det basta resultatet.<\/b> Ni som st\u00e5r p\u00e5 ett tr\u00e5kigt gym varje dag och joggar &nbsp;40min x ggr vecka borde tanka p\u00e5 det. <b>Ut i friska luften och spring!<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En riktigt sen (for att vara mig) powerwalk avklarad och nu ar det dags for dagens morgon shake.
