Snart ar det dags for jobb och med denna stund p\u00e5 morgonen s\u00e5 ar det alltid lattare att jobba hela dagen senare.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Jag m\u00e5ste ha en promenad p\u00e5 mrogonen for att vakna till och for att inte vara en grumpy old b***h hela dagen.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Idag testade jag mina nya vikter och jag m\u00e5ste saga att det ar lite h\u00e5rdare. Men det ar inte ngt man ska gora varje dag, utan forsok att variera som jag namnde i tidgare inlagg. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>S\u00e5har ser mina ut och vikterna finns fr\u00e5n 0,5kg-3kg p\u00e5 vardera arm.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/121128.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/121128.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>God morgon s\u00f8ta ni!
