Om jag ska vara \u00e4rlig s\u00e5 k\u00f6r jag s\u00e4llan isolerade lats \u00f6vningar. Jag tkr inte det \u00e4r fint p\u00e5 en tjej att ha f\u00f6r bred lats dvs den stora sidomuskeln p\u00e5 ryggen (fileerna) f\u00f6r er som inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 insatta. Jag f\u00e5r in latsen som synergist i de \u00f6vningar jag k\u00f6r d\u00e4r fokus \u00e4r andra delar utav ryggen s\u00e5som marklyft, smala rodd\u00f6vningar etc.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r jag marklyft kan jag exempelvis kl\u00e4mma \u00e5t latsen extra i toppen. K\u00f6r jag latsdrag s\u00e5 \u00e4r kanske inte mitt huvudfokus latsen \u00e4ven om den \u00e4r agonisten i denna \u00f6vning.
