Jag korde 100m spurt och 30m jogging, sedan 100m spurt och 30m jogging osv. Sedan lade jag in <b>lunges<\/b> i mellan\u00e5t 20st \u00e5t g\u00e5ngen. For er som inte kanner till lunges, s\u00e5 ar den grym for rumpan:) Man ska g\u00e5 ner s\u00e5 djupt som man kan och kora varannan (som att ni g\u00e5r fast med djupa steg) 3 set av 20st brukar vara bra. Har man tillg\u00e5ng till vikter s\u00e5 ar det annu battre och jag brukar, nar jag fornyar varje steg, ta knat hogt upp for annu effektivare ovning.
