S\u00e5\u00e5 skont. Jag kor forbranning\/cardio i n\u00e5gon form 6dgr iveckan och sedan lagger jag till andra saker ca 2-3ggr vecka s\u00e5som pilates,yoga,styrka,cirkeltraning etc. De dagar jag lagger till ett extra pass s\u00e5 kor jag oftast 45min-1h powerwalk p\u00e5 morgonen och sedan passet p\u00e5 kvallen.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Antligen klar med allt jobb for idag.
