Det var ganska lange sedan jag korde det och det kan markas p\u00e5 kroppen. Pilates ar super for kroppen och starker de inre musklerna som man normalt inte anvander inom annan traning. Nar jag borjade kora Pilates s\u00e5 upptackte jag muskler p\u00e5 min kropp som jag inte ens visste fanns.<\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/138963.0x0.jpg\" target=\"_BLANK\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/s.improveme.se\/data\/filearchive\/138963.510x0.jpg\" border=\"0\"><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ett tips till er som inte har tid att g\u00e5 till gymmet pga barn osv. Kop en tranings DVD online och kor hemma framfor TVn. Det enda du behover ar en Pilates matta och ev en Pilatesboll. Jag brukar kora hemma for att spara tid ibland. Du m\u00e5ste dock ha lite erfarenhet inom Pilates och hur man ska andas och ligga for annars kan du skada dig.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ibland blir man trott p\u00e5 en viss traning och istallet for att avboka traningen s\u00e5 tycker jag man kan kora ngt annat. Jag skulle ha haft l\u00f8ptraning idag, men har absolut ingen lust till det i den har varmen.
